Yep, you heard right. We're closed! For how long? Forever! This page you're seeing will be the homepage until, well I'll try to hold onto the domain as long as I can, but I have no further need for it, since I well, pretty much quit everything. If you really cared about the site or have any interest at all in the site, I'd continue reading! If not, try your luck at another RuneScape fansite!

Well, you all remember the virtually blank little page I put up the exact day I shut down the site (October 31, 2008 [Yes, that was Halloween]), that can be found here, if for some reason you'd like to...look at it.

For those of you who where wondering "why?", there where a few reasons.

  • I quit RuneScape
  • I haven't updated the site in over half a year
  • Dynamic Signatures, the sites crown jewel, have been down since March
  • The Forums with over 2,000 members, have an average of 4 members online
  • I don't have enough online time to "fix" everything
  • This whole "online" thing is cutting into my "not online" time
  • It's a taaaad bit weird to own your own website visited by hundreds when you're in high school.
  • You.

There you go, the main reasons I "quit", but like I mentioned before, it's not like I'm unplugging my computer and tossing it out the window or torching my house to go live in the backyard or anything, I'll still be around, except I'll be a "user" as opposed to an "admin". Horray for conformity! Like I said though, you can still reach me through MSN (admin@dalegend369.com), my MySpace, or e-mail!

Looks like we're pretty much done here, of course for those who where wondering what we've accomplished or have been working on when the site was operational, I'll list them now! Innovations marked as "first", are the first to my knowledge, if you or someone you know did something before me, let me know and I'll change it!

Now of course even though I wiped my FTP, I do have backups of all the code and scripts that were used in all of these great features, and more! Looking over all these I think, damn I was pretty good!
